We are supervised by the AFM, affiliated with the Financial Services Complaints Tribunal (Kifid), and are transparent about the risks in our key information document and prospectus. This way, you can invest with peace of mind.

UpToMore is supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and is listed in the public AFM register. Your money is protected in the (highly unlikely) event of UpToMore B.V. going bankrupt. Please note: this does not mean you are protected against stock market declines.
In theory, that could happen, but the chance of it is very small. The most important thing is that your investments remain safe even then. They are separate from UpToMore B.V. and are kept in a separate foundation.
This foundation exists solely to hold your investments and may not do anything else with them. Every day, an independent party (the ” depositary) checks whether the money you deposit with UpToMore is safely stored in the name of the foundation. If there is any doubt, the depositary reports this to the AFM (Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets), the financial regulator in the Netherlands.
Only in case of fraud could it happen that money is not held in the name of the foundation. For this unlikely situation, there is an additional safety net: the investor compensation scheme up to €20,000 per person.
